Anzac Parade Units.

Currently in development a building responding to a complex triangular site exposed to two of the busiest arterial roads in Sydney’s eastern suburbs

The brief was to develop a design maximising the number of apartments on a very tight and irregularly shaped site at the intersection of Avoca Road and Anzac Parade

The locality is flood affected so the ground floor plane is raised 1.5 meters above ground level and the basement parking is accessed through a ramp up to a point above the maximum flood height then down to the basement with a car lift.

The development is divided into two blocks, one block containing 16 apartments over four levels and the other smaller block containing 2 apartment and a communal roof top terrace over 3 levels.
